Get started with resin casting or upgrade your setup with this bundle, which includes:
1 × silicone casting mold – casts four blanks at a time approximate blank size: 7/8" square × 5-1/4" long. Made in Canada by William Wood-Write
1 × Apel BK 30 Mold Release Spray – silicone-based aerosol spray, product of Turkey

How to pour resin for casting (quick steps):
Place the wood in the mold – secure loosely fitting pieces with wedges like popsicle sticks.
Pick your pigment – choose your colour and get creative.
Prepare your scale – for accurate resin measurements.
Measure the resin – check if your resin mixes by weight or volume, and confirm the ratio (e.g. 1:1 or 2:1).
Add pigment and mix thoroughly – ensure there are no clumps and colour is evenly blended.
Pour the resin – cover the wood completely.
Use a pressure pot – leave in the pot for ~4 hours or as per your resin’s instructions.
Demold when ready – after full curing, remove your blanks.
