To make this kit, you will need (all sold separately):

  3/8" pen mill shaft
  7 mm pen mill shaft
  Bushing set PKGRADBU
  Pen mandrel A/7 mm

This is a woodworking turning project that requires turning, finishing and assembly with woodworking equipment. You will not receive a finished pen.

What size blank do I need to make this pen?

You will need blanks that are approximately 3/4" square by 5" long. Blank is not included. Shown here with a Stabilized box elder burl pen blank in teal-brown (blank not included).

What refill does this pen use?

This kit includes a Cross-style refill, which is easy to replace and widely available. Turn this kit into a pencil with the Cross-style Forever pencil refill. Just remove the pen refill and insert the pencil refill into the pen kit.
