2-part epoxy glue
What size blank should I use?
We recommend a blank measuring 1-1/2" square by 6" long. This provides enough material to shape a comfortable, well-balanced handle. 1" of the blank will be parted off after shaping. Shown here with Coffeewood blank (blank no longer available).
What are the finished dimensions of the grater?
Overall length (including threaded insert): 11-1/4". Grating surface length: 8". Grater width: 1-1/2".
