How does the subscription work?
This listing is a PRE-SALE for our new subscription program. Your first box will ship during the first week of September 2026. After your first shipment, your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st business day of each month, and your next themed box will be packed and shipped shortly afterward. A few days before billing, we'll send you a reminder email so you can add additional items to your shipment and take advantage of the free shipping.
What else should I know?
The product photo is an example only. Every month's theme and contents are different. No exchanges or refunds are available on subscription boxes or their contents. All required bushings for included pen kits are supplied. Tooling (drill bits, pen mills, mandrels, etc.) are not included unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month and may be cancelled at any time by contacting us before the next billing date. Payment is by credit card and billed monthly in Canadian dollars.
Can I choose what's in the box?
No—and that's part of the fun! Every month is a surprise built around a unique theme. While the contents change, every box includes a premium pen kit, project kit, bushings, an exclusive in-house blank, and additional curated items.
Are the exclusive blanks really exclusive?
Yes. Many of the custom pen blanks included in this subscription are manufactured in-house by William Wood-Write specifically for subscribers and are not available for retail purchase.
Can I purchase the project kits separately?
Many of the project kits featured in the subscription are created exclusively for subscribers and will not be offered individually.
Can I add products to my monthly shipment?
Absolutely! Before each month's shipment you'll receive an email giving you the opportunity to add products from our website so everything ships together with your subscription.
When will I be charged?
Your first box ships during the first week of September 2026. After that, your subscription renews automatically on the first business day of each month, with boxes shipping shortly afterward.
