How does the assembly function work?

The press provides over 250 lbs. of pressure to firmly and accurately press pen parts together. The spring-loaded ram acts as a third hand, helping you position parts quickly and easily. The smooth sled mechanism allows you to slide the stop into position instantly. A locking lever secures the rod firmly in place along the threads. This design ensures consistent alignment and reduces the risk of damaging parts during assembly.

How does the disassembly function work?

By removing the plastic stop component, the press quickly converts into a disassembly tool. The ram design pushes parts out of the pen tube with controlled force. Six disassembly rods accommodate nearly all tube diameters and component styles, including tips and clips. The dedicated 7 mm bushing allows safe disassembly of standard 7 mm pen mechanisms. Soft grip tubing and the V-profile clamp help protect finished parts from scratches or dents. Once you're done, simply reinstall the stop component to switch back to assembly mode.
