This is a woodturning project kit — you'll need to turn, finish, and assemble the pen using your own woodworking equipment.
What size pen blank do I need?
You will need a pen blank measuring a minimum of 3/4" square by 5" long (not included). Shown here in Stabilized Buckeye Burl.
What refill does this kit take?
This pen uses a Parker-style ballpoint refill. The kit includes a genuine Schmidt P900 black ballpoint refill — trusted worldwide for its reliability and performance.
Is this kit available as a pencil?
Yes. You can easily turn this pen kit into a pencil by swapping the ink refill for a Parker-style Forever pencil refill (sold separately). No additional tooling is required—just install the pencil refill in place of the ink refill.
