How dark will this pencil lead write?
This refill uses a durable metal alloy tip rather than soft graphite lead. Because the tip is much harder than a traditional pencil, it leaves a lighter, finer mark on the paper. The trade-off is longevity. Unlike a standard pencil that gradually wears away and needs sharpening, the metal alloy tip is designed to last for an exceptionally long time under normal use.
How do I install this refill in a pen kit?
Just remove the ink refill from your pen. Keep the spring and slide it on the front of your Forever pencil refill. Then insert the Forever Pencil refill into the kit where the pen was previously. You’ll have a sleek, smooth-writing pencil that never needs sharpening or replacement.
How do I know what pens this pencil refill will fit?
This refill is designed to fit pen kits that take a Parker-style refill. A Parker-style refill is widely used across most larger ballpoint pen kits used in pen turning. It's a standardized refill also sometimes known as a G2 refill. It has a main barred of about 98 mm long and 5.8 mm in diameter, tapering to a thinner section at the tip.
