Train rollerball pen kit – by Woodturningz
The Train rollerball pen kit is designed to appeal to anyone with a love of the railroad. The unique clip features the front end of a locomotive, complete with smokestack, while turning wheels circle around the centerband, adding a dynamic touch to this detailed design.
To make this kit, you will need (not included):
Bushing set PKCMDR-BU
Drill bits: 10.5 mm and 12.5 mm
Pen mill shafts: 12.5 mm and 10.5 mm
What size blank do I need for this kit?
We recommend a blank at least 3/4"square by 5" long. Shown here with maple burl pen blank (blank not included - see "Related Products" tab for link).
What refill does this kit take?
This kit accepts a Schmidt-style rollerball refill.
Note: This is a woodworking turning project that requires turning, finishing, and assembly with woodworking equipment. You will not receive a finished pen.
