What does “roasted” mean?
Roasted (or heat-treated) wood is carefully baked at high temperatures in a controlled environment without oxygen. This process reduces moisture, enhances stability, and deepens the natural colour — giving the wood its warm, caramel-brown hue and resistance to movement and cracking.
What is the best way to finish this blank?
For a flawless, glossy finish, use thin CA glue, Abranet, Micro-Mesh, and a plastic polish for a smooth, high-gloss shine.
