Every Pearlux blank is individually hand-poured, so natural variation in colour patterns, swirling, and distribution is normal and expected. Each piece is one of a kind.

How can I finish these blanks?

We recommend wet sanding with Micro Mesh sheets, starting around 1,500 grit and progressing up to 12,000 grit. After sanding, apply a plastic polish such as Novus or One-Step while the blank is spinning on the lathe to achieve a smooth, high-gloss finish.

What should I know?
