Stabilized and dyed Curly Maple bottle stopper blank.  Approximate blank size 1-1/2" square by 2-1/2" long. Can be cut for ring blanks.

Stabilization refers to impregnating soft wood with resin, creating a blank that is no longer weak. Some colour variability is to be expected - this is because different blanks have different densities that will affect how the wood absorbs resin and dye. We do not offer refunds for colour variability within the blank or other slight internal imperfections.

The blank in the picture has been sanded to show the figuring. Your blanks will be selected at random and may differ from the image. The blank in the photograph is representative only.
