What tools do I need to make this kit?

To make this kit, you will need (all sold separately):

• 7 mm drill bit
  7 mm pen mill shaft
  Bushing set 1A
  Pen mandrel A/7 mm

This is the same tooling used for Budget Fancy Slimline and Slimline pen kits. This is a woodworking turning project that requires turning, finishing and assembly with woodworking equipment. You will not receive a finished pen.

What size blank do I need to make this pen?

You will need a blank that is approximately 3/4" square by 5" long (19 mm × 19 mm × 127 mm). Blank is not included. 

What refill does this pen use?

This kit includes a Cross-style refill, which is easy to replace and widely available in different ink colours and types. Turn this kit into a pencil with the Cross-style Forever pencil refill. Just remove the pen refill and insert the pencil refill into the pen kit.

What is the length of the finished pen?

The finished pen measures approximately 14.3 cm (about 5-5/8" long).
