Ordering & paying

For Canadian customers:

Ordering

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

We aim to ship within 24 hours of an order being placed on regular business days, Monday to Friday. During busy periods, this may take a bit longer but we'll still work hard to make sure your order gets on its way to you as quickly as possible. We process orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays on the next available business days.

All of our shipping time estimates start from the time a package is picked up from our location. Please note: any changes you make by phone or email to your order after it has been placed (whether online or by phone/email) may result in a delay in your order being shipped as we need time to manually process the changes you have requested. We cannot accommodate changes to orders once they've been filled.

Weekly specials

Prices on our weekly specials are only valid during the week they are offered and do not apply retroactively to previously placed orders. NO EXCEPTIONS. No holds, rain checks, back orders or delayed shipping or payment on special feature items. 

Payment

You may pay by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal for online or phone orders. If you shop with us in person, you may also pay with Interac or cash. We also accept money orders but orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. HST/GST is added for all Canadian orders as applicable. No COD.

Please do not under any circumstances email us your credit card information. Email transmission is not secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

If you wish to pay for an email or online order by credit card, please call us toll free at 1-877-585-0403 with the information. If paying by money order, please make payable to William Wood-Write Ltd., and contact us for our mailing address. Your order will be shipped once payment is received. We do not accept personal cheques - if you send us one, it will be returned to you and your order will not be shipped.

Backorders

We do not offer backorders on out of stock products. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will refund your money for that product. You can register your email address online for any out of stock items and we will notify you by email when it becomes available again so that you can re-order at that time.

For international customers:

Ordering and paying

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars. The conversion to your currency will be done by PayPal or your credit card company, depending on your method of payment, after you have placed your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or PayPal payments in Canadian dollars. No cheques or money orders.
