Japanese-style Santoku Keen-Edge culinary blade. Requires 5/16" cutlery rivets and rivet drill or 5/32" pins, sold separately. Made from super tough 8-A stainless steel 8Cr14MoV, flat-ground to a Keen-Edge that stays sharp. Perfect for cutting, chopping, slicing and dicing.
