All American steak knife blade. Make your own handle and use 5/16" cutlery rivets and 5/16" rivet drill or 1/8" pins to attach (sold separately).

This new steak knife has a serrated tip for added aid in cutting leaner cuts of meat. Tang is designed to fit the hand nicely. Makes a great utility knife too.
