Silicon bottle stopper kit - black
Black silicon bottle stopper kit. Made with 100% food grade silicon. Includes food safe stainless steel trim bushing which provides a solid base for a turned top to sit on. Cone shape 2 1/4" long. 3/8"-16tpi threaded stud. Requires mandrel BSMAND-38-16 (not included). Recommended blank size: 1-1/2" square by 2-1/2". Please note: you will require a Jacobs chuck or drill chuck for your lathe in order to make this kit. Try our bottle stopper inserts to make a bottle stopper project even easier (see related products tab for link)! Using a 33/64 drill bit, simply drill a hole 13.2mm / .52" deep into your blank and glue the insert in. You're ready to mount your project onto bottle stopper mandrel. Makes it easy to thread bottle stopper top on and off. In place of the insert, you can also use the bottlestopper drill and tap set to make and thread the hole.
