JB Royal THIN epoxy casting resin - 1.5 gallon set. Includes 1 gallon of resin and 1/2 gallon of hardener.

JBR Thin is an easy to use clear epoxy casting resin with low odor that is great for river tables and tabletops, as well as casting with pieces of wood and other materials with crevices and small cracks. It mixes with pigments and mica powders very easily. JBR is mixed by volume and NOT weight. The mix ratio of this product is 2:1. 

JB Royal Thin resin is a two-part 2:1 casting epoxy with very low viscosity. It is recommended for use when good penetration or high flow of resin is needed.

Mixing ratio: 2:1 by volume, resin to hardener
Recommended Ambient Casting Temp: 80°F. For best results cast at or above 80°F.
Demold Time: 12 hours (24 hours recommended)
Cure Time: 24-48 hours
Full Cure: 10 days
Shelf Life: 1 year (usually longer)
Working time: Approximately 1 hour (temperature will affect this)
Demold time: Recommended 24hrs
For blank making or encapsulation a pressure pot is strongly advised at 40-50 PSI.

According to the manufacturer, freezing points are not a concern for winter shipping in Canada. NOTE: JB Royal resins MUST be left to cure for a minimum of 10 days. Not waiting the full curing period could result in warping.
