Honeycomb pen blanks - Python

Honeycomb pen blanks. Measure approximately 3/4" diameter by 5" long. 

Epoxy resin combined with aluminum honeycomb structure. Blanks drill and turn easily; take light cuts with sharp tools to avoid blow-outs. Can be finished the same way as you would acrylic acetate pen blanks. 

TIP: We strongly recommend that you paint the outside of the brass pen tube in your kit and the inside of the hole you drill in the blank before gluing the brass tube into the blank. Otherwise your brass tube may show through. The colour you choose to paint your blank can change the appearance of your finished blank. We recommend a durable paint like enamel that can be purchased at most hobby stores.

Please note we do NOT replace blanks that become damaged during cutting, drilling, trimming, turning, finishing or kit assembly. These blanks contain aluminium; please remember to wear your safety glasses while turning.
