Shipping information for customers outside of Canada
William Wood-Write Ltd. aims to ship within 24 hours of an order being placed on regular business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or statutory holidays will be shipped as soon as possible on the next available business days. During busy periods, this may take a bit longer but we'll still work hard to make sure your order gets on its way to you as quickly as possible. Please note orders are processed sequentially - we fill them in the order in which they are received.
All shipping rates are based on parcel weight and destination. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the site upon checkout according to the weight of the items in your order and where you're having them shipped.
We offer Canada Post XpressPost shipping services to international customers.
U.S. customers: We only ship to the U.S. using Canada Post XpressPost service. This is a premium service, but it's quick and includes tracking, insurance and signature confirmation of delivery. This helps avoid many of the problems our U.S. customers have experienced in the past using cheaper shipping options with packages that were delivered late, didn't arrive, weren't trackable or took months to resolve when something went wrong.
Unfortunately these shipping costs will be higher than what you are used to within the U.S. - Canada Post does not offer the same shipping rates or flat rate box service that USPS does in the United States.
Any taxes or other charges levied by any agencies or authorities once the package leaves our facility are the responsibility of the customer. William Wood-Write Ltd. has no control over the speed or quality of the postal service or any shipping delays experienced as a result of customs or border crossing issues.
International customers: We offer only Canada Post XpressPost service for international orders, shipping to the UK, Ireland, many Western European countries, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. we recognize this is a premium service but it's quick, and includes tracking, insurance and delivery guarantee - our only way of being sure you are going to receive the items you ordered from us.
